About Me

Beth Nuesser

Yoga found me years ago and it became a daily ritual. While navigating my own life’s challenges, yoga became a lifeline to improve physical, personal, spiritual and mental health.

I decided to share this beautiful gift with everyone and in 2019, the stars aligned, and I enrolled at 360 Studios in Naperville 200 hour yoga teacher training. I bring a soft calming energy with the intention of cultivating inner peace. When you attend one of my classes you can expect to experience healing through poses, breath, and sound healing. As a teacher my main goal is to give each student the same experience yoga has brought me, to be calm and to be still.

“Beth’s classes always make me feel refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Her loving spirit and gentle teaching methods never made me feel intimidated when I was a new yogi and I have followed her ever since. She has even done classes for my kids which they loved. Beth is truly talented and gifted.”
